3. Orders and Purchases

  • Order Acceptance
    • All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). However, this does not constitute acceptance of the order.
    • The contract (“Contract”) is only formed when we send you an email confirming that the items have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
    • The Contract applies only to items listed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obligated to supply items not included in the Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Pricing and Payment
    • All prices include applicable VAT and shipping fees. No additional shipping charges will apply.
    • Payment can only be made via PayPal. Your PayPal account will be charged upon Order Confirmation.
    • If your payment is not authorized, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability.
  • Order Changes and Cancellation
    • You may modify your order details at any time before payment via the shopping cart page.
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the returns process to cancel.
  • Order Limitations
    • We reserve the right to refuse any orders, particularly in the following cases:
      1. The item is out of stock or unavailable.
      2. Incomplete or potentially fraudulent order information.
      3. Obvious pricing errors that could reasonably be recognized as mistakes.
    • In such cases, we will refund any amounts already paid.
  • Item Availability
    • All items are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitute or a full refund if you choose to cancel.
  • Ownership and Risk
    • Risk of loss or damage to items transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.
    • Ownership of items transfers to you once full payment is received or upon delivery, whichever occurs later.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Time
    • Subject to stock availability, we will endeavor to deliver your order by the date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no date is specified, delivery will be completed within 30 days of Order Confirmation.
    • If delivery is not completed within this timeframe, you may cancel the Contract, and we will refund any amounts paid.
  • Delayed Delivery
    • If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay. You may cancel the Contract if the delay is significant and receive a refund.
  • Delivery Responsibility
    • Delivery is deemed complete when you or a third party acquires physical possession of the items. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you at this point.
    • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the items, they will be returned to our depot. Re-delivery or cancellation fees may apply.
  • Non-Delivery Scenarios
    • If items remain undelivered for 10 days due to reasons beyond our control, we will consider the Contract canceled and issue a refund within 14 days.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Policy
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund.
    • The following items are not eligible for return:
      1. Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with custom designs or engravings).
      2. Used or damaged items, including items with stains, scratches, cracks, or those whose functionality or appearance has been affected due to usage.
      3. Items with damaged protective packaging, such as removed or irreparable foam packaging, sealed bags, or branded dust bags.
      4. Perishable goods (e.g., candles, incense, or diffusers) cannot be restored once opened or used, as they may be affected by environmental factors such as temperature or humidity.
      5. Sale items, if marked as non-returnable.
      6. Handcrafted items may have slight variations in color, texture, or details from the display images, which are considered normal characteristics rather than defects.
  • Defective Items
    • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • Once verified as defective, we will refund the purchase amount and cover the return shipping costs.

    1. Submit a return request through our customer service team or via the return form on our website.
    2. Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back.
    3. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days.
