1. Order Processing Time

  • Preview & Confirm Service:

    Since Origocraft products are handmade, they may have small, natural flaws. We know you might worry about not liking the item, and we don’t want to waste your time. To help with this, we offer our 1v1 Preview Service.

    If you find something you like, just contact us. We will send you clear pictures and videos of the item. If you are happy with it, you can place your order. After that, we will process your order as usual.

  • Standard Orders: Orders typically require 1-2  business days to process. This ensures the quality of all products and stability in the supply chain.
  • Custom or Out-of-Stock Items: If your order includes custom items or out-of-stock products, we will coordinate with artisans to complete the production. Processing time for these orders may extend to 10-15 business days.
  • If there are any delays, our customer service team will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Details

OrigoCraft exclusively offers international shipping to select European countries. Details of our shipping method and delivery policies are outlined below:

3. Important Notes

Buyer Responsibilities:

a. Payment for the goods purchased.
b. Payment of customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
c. Ensuring compliance with local import regulations. If the order contains restricted items, the buyer must work with the customs authorities or OrigoCraft’s customer service team to resolve the issue.
d. Providing accurate shipping information, including a correct address, email, and phone number issued in the destination country.

 

OrigoCraft’s Responsibilities:

a. Provision of goods along with the required documentation.
b. Pickup, carriage, and door delivery to the provided address.
c. Handling origin customs formalities.
d. Notifying customers if their order contains restricted items and providing assistance in resolving such issues.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package in real-time via the logistics provider’s website.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@origocraft.com, and we will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or failure. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional fees for re-shipping may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
