Whether it’s a rough sketch, a color scheme you love, or just a general concept, we’d love to hear about it! You can even upload pictures to help bring your vision to life. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
STEP 2
Refining & Finalizing Your Design
OrigoCraft will take your ideas and refine them into a detailed proposal. We’ll start by discussing your initial concept with our artisans to explore possibilities. To ensure we bring your vision to life, we’ll stay in touch throughout the process, communicating with you multiple times. Leaving your preferred contact details is essential so we can reach you easily.
Once everything is finalized, we’ll provide a full quote that includes design fees (if needed), product pricing, packaging and shipping, and service fees.
We’ll also share an estimated production timeline based on the design complexity and craftsmanship required—no hidden charges.
STEP 3
Handcrafting Begins
Once the details are confirmed and the first payment is made, our artisans start crafting your piece with care and skill. You’re welcome to check in on the progress anytime, and we’ll gladly keep you updated.
After the final payment, we’ll carefully package and ship your custom piece to you.

Sustainable Packaging & Shipping
We follow our sustainability standards for eco-friendly and secure packaging. Your order will be packed according to these guidelines to ensure safe transportation.
